"Eight of my family members and I spent a wonderful Christmas week at the River Mountain Lodge in Breckenridge. We were very impressed with the quality of the units, the service of the staff, the convenience of the location, and the special amenities like an onsite ski rental shop, pools, and the comfortable lounge.
The doorside shuttle is beyond compare and being able to check your skis at the desk when you walk in is a dream come true.

"I walked into the Lobby of the River Mountain Lodge and noticed many guests relaxing in the Lobby Area. I walked to the Front Desk location where Mike greeted me with, “Hi there, good day on the slopes?” Mike seemed happy to see me and enthusiastic about his job. We spoke a bit about the improving weather warmth over the previous week.
Then Mike said, “Will you be here for the Ice Sculpture Event?” I replied, “What kind of package deals are you offering for the Breckenridge Ice Sculpture Event?” Mike informed me that I would need to speak to the Reservations people and proceeded to get me a brochure with the phone number to call.
Then I asked, “What time to the shops in town close?” Mike replied that most shops would be open until between 8 PM and 9 PM, depending on how busy it is. Mike told me that there are many individually owned shops and they make their own hours but generally the shops, at this time of year, are open from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Mike said, “Make sure that you come back to see the Ice Sculptures!” I said, “Thank you,” and exited the building. I was left with the impression that Mike enjoyed his job and assisting people at the Front Desk."

After doing some research through the ResortQuest website, we reached Ms.Amy Gunn, who gave us your email address (hopefully we are reaching the right person).
We recently returned from a great trip out in Colorado, and going through our travel notes/journal we seek to acknowledge and show our utmost appreciation to a couple of people that made a difference during our long journey.
Accordingly, Mr. Keith Hutchinson, one of the Engineers at your property in Breckenridge, Colorado worked very hard to resolve, very effectively, a number of issues with our unit. We were there for two weeks and he had to return several times Each time Mr. Hutchinson's showed concern with the well being of my family and the quality of his work.
As we own several timeshares, and travel just about 70% of our time, what impressed my wife and I in particular about your employee was his thoroughness, concern for owner satisfaction and manners with our little girls. Your employee, after others tried with no success, resolved all issues (several came up during our stay) and followed up on each to ensure our stay was optimal.
My wife and I would like to thank you for his dedication and sincere concern, as well as expertise and thoroughness.
We believe Mr. Keith Hutchinson is one of your best employees (up in Breckenridge) and, should there be any issues with our unit next year, we'll be sure to request his services, as we know he will do whatever it takes to deliver quality service.

There was no one at the front desk when I entered the lodge. Scott immediately came from a back office and said with a big smile and friendly attitude, “Hi, Can I help you?” I asked about accommodations for this weekend. Scott said, “I can’t make reservations for your, but I can check to see if we have any rooms. You will have to call central reservations to make a reservation.” He then said, “What type of room do you need?” he checked the computer and then said, “It looks like we have plenty of rooms for this weekend. Just call this number and they can book it for you.”
I said, “Where can I go to take a ski lesson?” Scott said, “You can go to Peak 8 or 9. I’ll write down the number for you. I’ll also give you the number to call for a reservation.”
As I left, Scott kindly said, “Goodbye.” He was a great representative for the town of Breckenridge. He made me feel welcome. I would recommend this establishment to others.

ResortQuest Ski Sport
It took Dan about a minute to greet us, as he was working in the back of the rental shop. He greeted us in a very friendly, professional manner, asking us what we were looking for in the way of rental equipment.
I explained to Dan that I had been skiing for about 60 years and was still skiing on a Proline downhill racing ski of 225 Cm that was very heavy and still, and that I was interested in the possible transition to a parabolic ski. Dan was very helpful in showing me the difference between their various rental skis and what I could possibly select. I felt his offers to assist me were very upbeat and genuine. He asked me many questions about my skiing experiences and I felt he really understood what I was telling him and built great rapport with me. We talked about many of the highly technical issues of this type of transistion and after reviewing the performance ranges of the skis that he had available for rent, I decided not to rent and just use one of the 11 pairs of skis that I presently had in my arsenal of equipment. I did confirm my original opinion that the new parabolic skis did not suit my skiing style, and would not try to make the transition.
Dan treated me in a very friendly and professional manner. He took the time to determine exactly what my needs were and was able to confidently answer all the technical questions about the equipment they had for rent. He had a sense of humor and made me smile and laugh. I really liked this young man. He expressed appreciation that we had come in and felt badly that he could not find any equipment that would meet my needs. He sincerely thanked us for stopping by.
We talked quite a bit about the town and he was very knowledgeable. I asked him what part of the mountain did he ski/board on most frequently and he told me Peak 9 as it was quite challenging. I asked him questions about living in Breck as this was one place Sue and I may consider moving in the next year or so. He confidently answered my questions about the cost of living, rentals and equipment.
Overall I felt this was a very positive experience. I got many of my questions answered about transitions to parabolic skis that nobody else could answer. Even though Dan was not able to find a ski for me to consider, I would absolutely refer any of my friends to this rental shop was Dan was so knowledgeable and helpful.

I am writing you to commend Alan Bullock and his staff for their actions over the Thanksgiving Holiday.
We were up using 29 and 33 Iliff Court in Saddlewood. We noticed that we had no water in 29 Iliff and called to report it. Alan and his staff came up right away to check it out, while making sure that Breckenridge Mechanical not only was notified but that they wouldn’t forget about us. We were concerned that a pipe had frozen and would burst at some point, even though the unit is always kept heated.
Interestingly, when Breckenridge Mechanical came up, their employee (CJ) traced the problem quickly to a clogged filter in the pressure reducing valve. Not an obvious place to look for sure. But he said that the Town had recently cleaned out their mains and that sometimes causes debris to flow to the downstream filters. He checked the filter in 33 Iliff and found debris but not enough to cause a stoppage.

I would like to take a minute and share a very positive experience I had with one of your employees. Even though, this seems like months ago, I do not want to pass an opportunity to complement your company on the service my family and I have experienced with Greg Neumann during Thursday evening on February 22nd. I have asked Greg to help me recuperate some unused lift tickets as we have elected to leave earlier by one day in order to avoid one of the many snow storms you have experienced this winter. I completely forgot about my pending credit note, the more I was surprised to get a letter from Greg, with the credit note from AMEX of US $273. Greg even went through the trouble and managed the credit note on my AMEX card despite a change of my card number.
Would you please pass on my sincere appreciation for his helpfulness and approach in assisting me in the matter. This was truly beyond his responsibility. Also, I have noticed his friendly and very helpful approach towards customers asking for something different not related to his immediate work. Working myself in a customer relationship business, these are the employees you can be very proud of and help your company to drive towards ... ' delighting customers'.
