Tucked away on Ridge Street just one block off the main drag, South Ridge Seafood Grill is truly a local gem. Outsiders may be wary of seafood at 9,600 feet, but not to worry, Chef Paul has everything flown in fresh daily and serves up some of the most delicable dishes in the high country. Keep your eye out for Darrell bartending nightly and hit up happy hour between 4 - 6 pm for great deals on salmon rolls and cocktail shrimp. But get there early - the bar fills up quickly on any given night. |

The brainchild of some of Breckenridge's most experienced restauranteurs, Modis is the newest addition to the dining scene on Main Street. Eric Mamula, of the long-time local favorite Downstair's at Eric's, remodeled this historic building into a contemporary, modern american dining house that appeals to both a sophisticated and local crowd. Head Chef Nick hails from New Zealand and incorporates a Southeast Asian flare into many of Modis' entrees. Try the yellow fin tuna with edamame cilantro risotto cake or the pan-fried all-natural chicken breast with brie hazelnut apricot stuffing. With almost every dish under $20, you won't be disappointed. |
