- One night stays require a departure clean fee. Call for one-night rates.
- This deal is for a first-come-first-serve ‘Space Available’ agreement. To contract a block of rooms, a $50 per room deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded to you or can be applied to another reservation of your choice once the minimum number of condominiums have been reserved and paid in full. Policies may vary per event and dates of stay.
- To obtain the Complimentary Honeymoon Suite as part of your wedding reception package, your guests must reserve a minimum of 20 rooms, whereby rooms refers to the number of bedrooms in a condo. For example, if your wedding party reserves 5 x 4-bedroom condos, or 7 x 3 bedroom condos, or 10 x 2 bedroom condos, or a combination of these condos totaling 20 or more bedrooms. Upon your request, we can provide an actual agreement for your review and signature approval.
- Please advise your family and friends to make reservations as soon as possible, as units are based on availability on a first come first serve basis.
