Breakfast		Breakfast Buffets or Brunch
		Food to get the creative juices flowing! The Mountain High is one of our favorites with a choice of two entrees accompanied by carved fruit, sausage links, bacon and breakfast potatoes. Croissant french toast, grand marnier french toast, apple cinnamon stuffed french toast with streusel topping, chorizo green chili and cheese souffle, or basil havarti stratta.
Lunch		Lunch on-the-go, or Lunch Buffets
		These lunches will make your business meetings memorable! The Tuscan Luncheon is a gourmet sandwich served on focaccia bread, prosciutto with aged mozzarella, tomatoes and basil pesto or capicola with provolone, roasted red peppers and fresh spinach, or sun-dried tomato with fresh mozzarella and basil vegetarian antipasto salad, and green bean and grape tomato salad with kalamata vinaigrette.
Dinner		Plated Dinners, Buffets or Chef Stations
		Dinners that will entertain. The plated dinners let you choose a menu from a caesar salad or mixed greens with a variety of dressings, then choose mouth watering entrees from over 20 different entrees of perfectly cooked meat, seafood or vegetarian options. All employees will have their food needs met.

Hors d’oeuvres		Served butler style hot or cold, or hors d'oeuvres displays
		Tasty appetizers will delight your guests. Choose from over 40 different options with our favorites being gruyere and phyllo wrapped asparagus tips, rustic artichoke bruschettas, tuna sushi, beef crostinis with horseradish cream and fried capers. All are priced by 50 pieces and can be served or buffet.
Dinner		Plated Dinners, Chef Stations or Buffets
		What ever the type of your wedding celebration, there will be a dinner to match and not be forgotten. Plated Dinners will be served by trained professional staff and will be able to satisfy the full range of tastes! Pick from over 20 different entrees from sliced beef loin, grilled salmon and champagne chicken.
