April 3-4: Kids' Easter Weekend: Peak 8
This weekend is packed full of free activities that will keep the whole family entertained. Play in the Interactive Kid's Village at the Base of Peak 8, face painting, Mini Snow Sculpture Challenge, Easter Egg Hunt at the Kid's Tent and Breck's Mascot Riperoo hosting a Mini World Cup with Prizes. And the Easter Bunny will be making appearances all weekend!

Meet and pet the Breckenridge Avalanche Dogs! There will be obedience demonstrations and Avalanche Dog Drills all led by the Patrol. And photo opportunities will be available.
April 4th: Sunrise Easter Service: Ten Mile Station at Peak 9
Take the Quicksilver Super6 chair at 6:00am. So ski equipment allowed up and be ready for an early morning service.

Breckenridge Ski Resort is taking a day to appreciate the 60+ skiers and riders! Look for free parking at the Gondola North parking lot, and get your free lunch voucher at the Vista Haus Restaurant starting at 11am! It's all for the love of skiing!
April 7: Breckenridge Ascent Series Championship Race: Peak 8
Challenge yourself in a whole new way! April 7th is the 3rd race in a three part series headed up Dukes Run. Get up the mountain any way you can but you have to use skis or a snowboard to make your run down! Starts at 5:30pm. Register day of at Smokehouse on Peak 8. $15 dollars.
April 9-11: Massive Open Competition Weekend
April 9th: Massive Superpipe Open: Freeway Terrain Park A festival of Massive Proportions will also have a superpipe competition to match! All these world-class and local amateur riders will be producing huge tricks all for a massive cash purse.
April 9th: Matt Wyffels Massive Rail Jam Open: Freeway Terrain Park
Skiers and Boarders will give up awesome tricks on the rails all for a good cause! Don't miss the after party, giveaways and great music.
April 10th: Massive Style and Air Open : Freeway Terrain Park Massive Festival has stepped it up and continued this unique competition where competitors blast through the
Freeway Terrain Park landing perfect jumps and tricks off all the features and jumps. Judges want crazy massive tricks in order to win the cash purse.
April 11th: Massive Slopestyle Open: Park Lane
Rider and Skiers will pull out their best tricks as they are judged on style, technical difficulty, and creativity for the huge cash purse on the line! Don't miss this event!

April 10: The 5 Peaks
The 5 Peaks is North America's longest ski mountaineering race with 10,000 feet of vertical and five separate ascents in the Ten Mile Range behind and in Breckenridge Ski Resort. Eighty teams of two will skin, climb, ski and traverse Peaks 10, 9, 8 and 7. The Five Peaks course will be demanding in terms of vertical and time! Go endurance racers!
April 17: 14th Annual Imperial Challenge
The Race begins with a 6.2 mile mountain bike ride from the Town of Breckenridge across Peak 7 to Peak 8. Followed by a 2,500 foot ascent of Peak 8 to the top of the Imperial Bowl on the equipment of your choice. As your body begs you to stop, you begin your descent to the base of Peak 8 on skis or a snowboard. An hour and forty-five minutes could win; two hours would be a great time! Good Luck!
April 17: Massive Music Concert: The Bravery: River Walk Center : Starts at 4pm
Formed during the height of New York City's post-punk revival in 2003, the Bravery took equal influence from dance music and stylish indie rock.
Critics quickly pounced on the band, with the Village Voice proclaiming the Bravery as "New York's Official Next Big Thing" while MTV and Rolling Stone deemed them an artist to watch. Don’t miss the best concert of the season!
