- One night stays require a departure clean fee. Call for one-night rates.
- This Family Reunion Lodging deal is for a first-come-first-serve ‘Space Available’ agreement. To contract a block of rooms, a $50 per room deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded to you or can be applied to another reservation of your choice once the minimum number of condominiums have been reserved and paid in full. Policies may vary per event and dates of stay.
- Pizza Party is valued at $200. To obtain the Complimentary Pizza Party as part of your reunion group package, your guests must reserve a minimum of 10 condominiums. Upon your request, we can provide an actual agreement for your review and signature approval.
- Please advise your family and friends to make reservations as soon as possible, as units are based on availability on a first-come-first-serve basis, unless otherwise contracted.
- Deals valid at select properties. Valid for new reservations direct to ResortQuest Breckenridge.
