ResortQuest Homeowner Benefits
QuestPerks is an exclusive benefit available to homeowners who are participating in the short-term rental program. Owners and their immediate family members will enjoy substantial discounts at other ResortQuest Partners’ properties. With the inclusion of Partner Affiliates in 140 destinations across North America and Europe, choose from over 100,000 vacation rental properties in over 140 destinations world-wide. If an owner has their property utilized for a QuestPerk’s discounted stay, they will receive the same rental revenue they would have received under the terms of your rental contract. There will be no management company commission charged.
Summit County homeowners in the rental program are eligible a complimentary two-night stay at one of our other ResortQuest Colorado destinations.
Homeowners who participate in ResortQuest’s vacation rental program are able to access a password protected area of www.ResortQuest.com, known as OwnerNet. Owner net is an online service that allows you to view your monthly owner statements, future reservations, make reservations for yourself or your guest. Local news and major weather events will be periodically posted and vary by location.
ResortQuest Ski and Sport has two offices in Breckenridge (at Tyra and River Mountain Lodge) and one in Keystone. Homeowners receive exclusive discounts on bike, ski and board rentals, plus discounts on tunes and apparel.
ResortQuest homeowners are entitled to 10% off Colorado Mountain Express shuttle transfers (15% off their premier service).
