Andru, I am an owner of two condos at BlueSky that are also in the ResortQuest rental program. I wanted to take a few moments to pass along my sincere thanks for all of the support that Blythe has provided me in this season.
Whenever I've had a problem, Blythe has responded in a timely and professional manner. I feel like she provides me with almost personal service, which is far more than I would reasonably expect. She is direct if needed, and provides realistic expectations on how the situation will be handled. She always follows up, nothing gets dropped.
Blythe is a credit to your team. I just wanted you to know how much it means to me. Given how busy I am at home and with my work life, having someone you can depend on is invaluable.

Hi Andru, I just wanted to give kudos to one of your team. From my experiences, Lindsay is very responsive to our needs as owners. I send emails quite often to change a reservation, or with a statement issue and she is always very timely, professional and friendly in her responses. I had an issue today where on my recent statement was a cleaning charge that my guest paid for and she took care of it. She then reviewed my account and told me of another guest charge that was incorrectly there for next month's statement. That was very proactive to review to avoid having to talk about this next month again. I really appreciate having her on the team up there and it has been a pleasure working with her this year. Thanks.

Hi Andru and Blythe, With the water damage to our unit last Jan. and my constant badgering about how to rent our unit (not as a three bedroom!) I know it must feel that I am constantly on you about our unit in a negative way. I want you to know that Tony and I feel the current management team is doing a better job than any previous since we have been owners at River Mountain Lodge and we appreciate your hard work.
We have experienced a two-fold increase in rent from last June's rentals to this one and an almost 18% increase in July's rentals over last year. I hope we are doing our part to continue to update the unit.
I don't want you to think that your efforts go unnoticed. Keep up the good work!
Robert and Andru, I would like to take a minute to tell you what a pleasure it has been to work with the staff you have assigned to our HOA. For the past two years I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah McDermott on the day-to-day operations of our property. She is very professional -yet personable and a huge asset to your company. Stacie Kerr is also very capable and can handle anything as well. She has really learned a lot in a short period of time , same with Monica Potter.
Alan is relatively new to our property but has been wonderful to work with. He is really smart and will fix anything! He is so nice and the owners all love him. Make sure no one has his direct line or he will never get any work done! Of course Jim Adams was a hard act to follow but I think Alan works twice as hard as any maintenance man I have seen - and I am in the asset management business!
Mike Guion, Morgan Brown (who just left you all) and now Kellie Grant, are also fabulous and always there to answer questions and keep our finances straight.
I wanted to let you know what a great staff you have because so many times you only hear negative comments and I can say the past several years working with Resort Quest and the staff has been great. Keep them happy!
