Our newest option, and the most competitive owner split, is our 65/35 Cost-Plus Contract. With 65% of revenue directly back to the owner, this contract is very favorable for all sized units and homes. The minimal fees for this contract are always detailed thoroughly in your monthly statements and never come as a surprise.
Our one-of-a-kind Peak Weeks Contract allows you to maximize revenue during peak holiday time frames while minimizing wear and tear on your home. You determine 2 - 6 weeks throughout the year that you want to rent your property and we take care of the rest.
Currently, ResortQuest manages 16 homeowner associations throughout Breckenridge. We have a dedicated association management team lead by CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) professionals. They understand the special concerns of high country associations, and know what it takes to be successful. Our team has established relationships with the best service providers in the county, which ensures quick turnaround and quality workmanship on all maintenance projects.
