Owner Services Team
We’re not ones to brag, but we consider our local team to be the best in the business. We are a group of local experts with years of experience in the resort market in Summit County. Our managers are on-site, accessible and dedicated to both our owner and guest services. The fact that we’re backed by the largest national brand of vacation rentals in the country is just an added bonus.
Andru has worked for ResortQuest since moving to Breckenridge in 2001 and has a B.A. from Hartwick College in New York. Andru has worked for ResortQuest in Summit County for over 6 years and has a vast knowledge of how each department works together to effectively manage your vacation home. Andru is a current participant in the Summit County Leadership Group and is an active volunteer for the Summit Housing Authority. When he’s not working, Andru can be found on the slopes, on the golf course or at home with his wife Kim and son, Carter.
Blythe is ResortQuest-Summit County’s 2007 Manager of the Year. In her role as the Director of Owner Services for Breckenridge and Keystone, Blythe manages the workings of the homeowner services department and works side-by-side with owners and internal ResortQuest departments to ensure all owner expectations are being met. Blythe is the point person for all of our owner communications. She has worked for ResortQuest since moving from Alabama to Colorado in 2003, and has a B.A. in public relations from Auburn University.
Lindsay moved to Breckenridge from Atlanta, Georgia in 2002 and has worked for ResortQuest since 2005. She has a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Lindsay started working for ResortQuest at our River Mountain Lodge Front Desk as a Night Auditor, and after moving to the day shifts for a few months was promoted to the Homeowner Services department in 2007. When not working to assist Blythe with helping our homeowners Lindsay enjoys mountain biking, cross country and downhill skiing, hiking and camping with her fiancé Corey and their dog, Colby.
Heather is a true local. She was born and raised in Breckenridge. Heather has a Bachelors degree in Spanish and an Elementary Teaching Certification from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Heather has worked for ResortQuest in Summit County since 2003. After several years in a supervisory role for reservations & front desk, Heather moved up to the Operations Manager position in May of 2009. Heather and her husband live in Breckenridge with their 2 small children Toby and Leah. Heather is active in the community and spends all of her free time with her family often hiking, skiing or reading.
Kevin was born and raised in Greenville Maine. He moved to Summit County in the fall of 2007 and has worked for ResortQuest Keystone since July of 2009. Kevin was promoted to Keystone Operations Manager in November of 2009. When not busy overseeing all of RQ Keystone’s daily operations, Kevin enjoys skateboarding, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing.
Andee has lived and worked in the area since moving to Colorado in 1998 with her husband, Kevin. Andee has proven herself as a leader, and welcome addition since joining the ResortQuest team in July 2008. Andee spends most of her days on-site at the properties she manages and can also be found in her office which is located at Main Street Station. In her spare time, Andee enjoys traveling, seeing live music, and guiding local wildflower walks. Andee is also an active member of her local Placer Valley HOA.
Frank, originally from Huntington, NY, has been with ResortQuest for the last twelve years as manager of ResortQuest Ski & Sport. After receiving a degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, he moved to Colorado to volunteer for the Bureau of Land Management before joining our company. Frank is an avid skier and mountain biker, loves spending time outdoors, and is the President of the Sun Mountain HOA.
